Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

At The Cross Printers, we’re committed to making your order process as clear and seamless as possible from placing your order to receiving your delivery. Please review our full policy below.

Courier Only Delivery (No Collection in CPT unless arranged)

Although we operate from Johannesburg and Cape Town, we do not offer collection from Cape Town Branch unless arranged.
All orders are shipped via trusted national courier services.


Shipping Areas

We ship throughout South Africa, including:

  • Major cities: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein

  • Regional towns and outlying areas (delivery times may vary) and additional costs.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Main Centres: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please allow extra time during public holidays, load shedding, or courier delays.


Delivery Fees

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply for selected campaigns or qualifying bulk orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please review your order carefully before confirming payment, especially when placing personalized orders.


Returns & Refunds

Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturer’s defect or a mistake on our part.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect size, colour, or print due to an error made by Serif & Co

  • Faulty stitching or damage related to the manufacturing process

Personalized items must be checked upon receipt and reported within 48 hours.


Bulk Orders (Non-Personalized)

For bulk orders that are not personalized, returns will be accepted within 4 days of delivery only if:

  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect. 

  • Incorrect item received.

Courier return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
