Selling personalized and non-personalized apparel
2. Eligibility
To use this site and make purchases, you must be:
At least 18 years of age
Legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Using accurate, complete, and current personal and payment information
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Order Process
Orders must be placed online through our website. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
3.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely via EFT , PayFast, Yoco, or other approved gateways. We do not store your card information.
4. Shipping
Shipping is available throughout South Africa only
Delivery timelines:
Main Centres: 2–4 business days from dispatch
Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch
Courier costs are calculated at checkout
You will receive tracking details once your parcel is dispatched
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Personalized Items
Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
5.2 Bulk Orders
Returns for non-personalized bulk orders are accepted within 4 days of delivery, only if there is a manufacturer’s defect. Items must be unused and in original condition.
All content on this site, including logos, product photos, designs, and text, is the property of The Cross Printers. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written consent.
8. Liability
The Cross Printers will not be liable for any:
Delay in delivery due to courier issues, load shedding, or force majeure
Loss or damage arising from improper use of products
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
